The Santo crop is grown in Colombia at an altitude ranging between 1800 - 2000 meters above sea level and is naturally processed to achieve a perfectly fruity profile. This enhances notes of red fruits and berries with a distinct sweetness and a medium to high body. It is exceptionally well-suited for both hot and cold drip brewing, highlighting its harmonious fruity character. It also delivers a smooth, fruity experience in espresso and milk-based beverages.
