Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.All regularly stocked items can be returned absolutely free within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging, with exception of consumables (coffee products both the beans and ground coffee) are not refundable or canceled or exchangeable if shipped. The customer has the right to cancel before shipping the order by communicating with customer service.
If you paid:
- Cash on delivery, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 4 working days.
- If you have received the product, then refunds are processed within 7-14 days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
- If you haven’t received the product then refunds are processed within 3-5 days depending on your bank..

- All “Q-Fulfilled” labeled items undergo our regular Qavashop return policy
- All used marketplace (Non-Q-Fulfilled) items have a 2-day return policy.
