Washed and table-dried coffee of the Caturra and Colombian varieties.Its flavors are acidic, with a delicious aromatic sweetness and a clear body that is closer to fruit tea and hibiscus.
This coffee is grown at altitudes of up to 1900 meters above sea level in the Agostinho forest, in the Huila region of southwestern Colombia, and is grown by the Co Agostinhos cooperative, which works to develop the infrastructure on the farms of its members and provide training in methods of cultivation, harvesting and purification to contribute to the continued improvement of production and the sustainability of the agricultural environment there.
