  • This is a premium coffee from Guatemala with a complex fruity character and high sweetness for lovers of specialty coffee. This is one of the few specialty coffees from Guatemala.

     

  • This coffee is suitable for lovers of hot and cold filter drinks and especially cold brew and for small milk drinks (cortado-flat white).

  • It is recommended to use it 14 days after roasting.
  • Suggested recipe (V60): temperature 89, amount of water 280 ml, weight of coffee 20 g, final time 02:30, Ration 1:14, medium coarse grind.
    • First pour: 40 ml, time 0:30
    • Second pour to 120 ml, time 1:05
    • Third pouring: to 200 ml, time 1:55
    • Fourth pour to 280 ml, time 2:30
  • Suggested espresso recipe: temperature 89.5, coffee weight 20g, extraction 36ml, preparation time 28 seconds, pressure 9 bar
