Rivers has designed a truly portable pour-over coffee dripper. Made of flexible silicone rubber that can bend and fold into any cup or space for easy travel and storage. This reversible pour over gives you excellent control over-extraction and flow rate. The secret is two different rib structures on the front and back. In drip extraction, the length and number of ribs affect the taste. Side A: The extraction speed of the 12 thick and short ribs is slow, which helps to balance our acidity. Side B: The speed of extracting 24 thin, long and short ribs is slightly faster, and the balance changes to reduce strong bitterness. Use a conical paper filter size 01 or 02.
