Al Sahba is a name we came up in relation with the Arabic poetry where this word is mentioned through the art and history of poetry.

Sahba also means the color Scarlet in Arabic, in which this coffee lot color looks alike! One great example of Al Sahba and how it connects Coffee and Poetry is the poet Abu Nuwas when he wrote " The one who married Al Sahba ".
