Enter Programming Mode: With the machine OFF, lift the E61 brew lever all the way up, then flip the power switch ON while holding the lever raised
Select Temperature: Each time you raise and lower the brew lever in programming mode, the red LED indicator light will flash to show your current temperature setting:


1 flash = Low (0.9 bar boiler pressure)
2 flashes = Medium (1.0 bar boiler pressure)
3 flashes = High (1.1 bar boiler pressure)
4 flashes = Very High (1.2 bar boiler pressure)


Save Setting: Once you've selected your desired temperature, hold the brew lever down for a few seconds to save the setting. The LED will change to a steady white glow, confirming the machine is back in normal operation
