How to list your item on Qavashop
1 List your item
- Login to your Qavashop account.
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Select ‘Sell your items’ and follow the procedure.
2 Reviewing your listing
- Our team will review your submission. If approved, it will go live within 24 hours and you will be notified by email.
- You can then preview your listing by browsing the ‘Used’ category in the main menu.
How to box your machine for shipping
- Once the items is sold, you will receive a notification with a confirmation.
- You will receive an email with shipping information and packaging instructions. Naqel will contact you to schedule item pick-up.
How to take a clear photo of your listing
Taking clear photos of your item will increase your chances of selling the item fast. Follow the guidelines below for best results:
- Turn on the lights.
- Increase exposure and direct the focus on the item.
- Remove surroundings, backgrounds that may affect the image quality.
- Do not apply any filters or edit the original images, increase brightness and contrast if needed.

How to ship your item after selling
- Shipping costs will be deducted from your balance after the sale is complete.
- Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange pick-up date and time. Please make sure that the items are ready to be picked up prior to your scheduled pick-up.
- You can track your shipping with the shipping number in your MyQava account.
- An email with shipping information will be sent to the buyer.
- Failure to ship on time will result in a pick-up reschedule fees of SR 75.
