- ◆Story:
- ◆The Rosa Dominguez Ramos family was among the first producers to join the Valleinca Association in Peru. The family takes great care of its plantations, fertilizing regularly and relying on plentiful irrigation from the natural streams that run through the farms in this region.
- ◆The coffee is mainly grown under the shade of Pisonay trees. In flowering season, these trees fill the landscape with vibrant reddish-orange blossoms, creating a unique and beautiful setting for coffee cultivation.
- ◆This is the first Peruvian coffee to join the Manhattan Coffee Roasters selection: a washed, double-fermented Geisha grown at the Sufaypata farm in Cusco, at 2050 masl.
