Cultivated at 1875 masl, in Callejo Seco farm, located on the eastern slope of the Baru Volcano. This lot was pulped and then fermented with its mucilage. Afterwards, it was dried on african beds. Lastly, it was rigorously selected by very experienced indigenous labor.
This year, Altieri Specialty Coffee processed only 20% of its crop with this washed method, which makes this lot very special.
